Tom joined Capnua in 2025 having worked with KPMG for 6 years initially in their Commercial, Healthcare, Energy and Construction audit department.  He worked with public and private companies in these sectors in Ireland, the UK and the US. Tom moved within KPMG to the Transaction Services team where he gained transaction experience across a broad range of sectors providing buy-side and sell-side due diligence services principally to private companies and Irish and UK private equity. Tom is a Chartered Accountant and an MSc Management graduate from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
