Tracy specialises in M&A advisory for both entrepreneurs and large privately-owned businesses across a range of sectors specifically but not limited to contracting, retail, technology, distribution and manufacturing. 

Tracy is a chartered accountant with 10 years’ experience in mergers & acquisitions, debt advisory, corporate investment and audit & advisory.

Tracy has advised on a number of large transactions including the MBO of Mercury Engineering and the sale of iCabbi to RCI Bank (a division of Renault). Tracy has also provided debt advisory and M&A support to leading Irish Businesses such as Flyefit, Chill Insurance, Sysnet, and Uniphar.  

Tracy is focussed and motivated to drive the best outcome for all clients. She believes that the culture in Capnua to invest time and energy obtaining a deep appreciation of the client’s business and their unique requirements is critical. Tracy thoroughly enjoys engaging leading entrepreneurs and their teams in developing and executing value additive corporate transactions.

Tracy lives on the coast of North County Dublin and enjoys hiking, sea swimming and the general outdoors.  She is an enthusiastic sports fan and also spends time playing piano and enjoys cooking.
