Sarah Prendergast

Associate Director

Sarah is a chartered accountant with 6 years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt advisory and audit across a range of sectors.

Sarah has worked with clients in the Health Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Insurance, Technology,  Manufacturing and Construction sectors. 

Sarah has advised on a number of large transactions including the sale of Openet to Amdocs plc, the sale of O’Driscoll O’Neil insurance brokers to Arachas and debt refinancing for Flyefit.

Building on her experience of working with commercial companies, Sarah aims to understand the key drivers of a business to provide tailored advice and solutions to clients. 

Sarah changed her career direction and qualified in KPMG after having spent a number of years in France following her studies in Architecture in UCD.  She has a keen interest in sport, most notably Tag Rugby where she has represented Ireland at the Tag Rugby World Cup in Australia.
